Delivery & Returns
From the point of order there are two things that affect how long it will take before your Robin & Grace jewellery arrives with you.
1. The Production Time - the length of time it takes to make your piece.
2. The Delivery Option you choose at checkout.
Please check on both to ensure that you will be able to receive your handcrafted piece for the date you require it. If timing is tight please drop me a line at hello@robinandgrace.com and although I can not promise anything I will do everything I can to help out.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
The production lead time is the amount of time it takes for me to make your piece. The production time for every piece is different as different techniques are used to craft your jewellery. The production lead time for every piece is clearly marked on that products page under Production and Delivery and can range from in stock and be able to be dispatched immediately to a piece that takes up to three weeks because they are made to order. Please check on the times if you need a piece for a certain date.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Delivery in the UK
Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked - £3.00 - delivery time approximately 48 hours from dispatch date.
Royal Mail Special Delivery - £6.00 - next day delivery from dispatch date.
International Delivery
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - £11.00 - delivery time approximately 5-14 days from dispatch date.
Custom Tariffs
Please note that all customers are responsible for paying any customs charges. We are also not responsible for any delays due to customs.
If delivery has been attempted multiple times but remains undelivered due to customer address error you will be required to pay for redelivery after correcting the address.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Personalised Jewellery and Made to Order Pieces
Please note that personalised and made to order pieces can not be returned or exchanged unless there is a fault.
Returning a damages or faulty item
I work really hard to make sure that every piece of jewellery that leaves the Robin & Grace studio is of the highest quality. But if for any reason there is a fault with the piece please contact me at hello@robinandgrace.com initially so we can discuss the best course of action. Returns must be actioned within 7 days of receipt of the piece and returned in the original packaging.
Please note that, with the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, we are not responsible for return postage.
Items should be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging within 28 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings can not be returned or exchanged.
If you are posting the item back to us, we recommend that you use a secure, trackable method and insure the item as we will not be responsible for loss in transit. Also it is a good idea to retain proof of posting.
Returning non-personalised items
We can all be indecisive from time to time - if you change your mind about an item just make sure you return it to us within 30 days in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
We will process your refund directly to your debit /credit card or PayPal account within 30 days at the very latest, subject to the above terms & conditions.
