Please ensure you have selected the correct size bangle or pendant length before ordering. If you change your mind we unfortunately do not do exchanges but you can order a separate length by going to the main menu under ‘Top Up’ where you will see Chain Only options. 

 

CARE

I hope you love your Robin & Grace piece and can treasure it for a long time to come. In order to do this there are a few things we recommend to keep it in good condition.

Avoid; perfumes, lotions, chemicals, chlorinated water, excess heat. We recommend you keep your piece in its original box to avoid wear and tear. All our pieces are highly polished. To keep your piece in this highly polished condition you can purchase a silver polishing cloth via our Top Up page .

If I have your chosen lettering in stock production time is 7 to 10 working days. If your chosen lettering in out of stock it can be pre ordered but please allow 15 working days for production.
