PERSONALISATION

 

Please note that all our ‘Words To Live By’ pieces are personalised by hand using metal stamps and are not engraved by a machine. This adds to the individuality and uniqueness of each and every piece. The text is stamped free hand so is not meant to be in a perfect line like a machine would produce. The quirks of the stamping are part of the design and feel of the handcrafted piece.

 

Please double check you have entered the personalisation correctly as once the piece is in production it can not be altered. Check spelling and that the character limit of the piece you have chosen in the text size you have chosen is adhered to.

 

Your ‘Word To Live By’ piece will be stamped in your choice of text size (where applicable) or the size stated on that product page. The text is all uppercase in the font shown on the images.

 

As well as the lettering we can punctuate your ‘Words To Live By’ piece using an ampersand (&), Hashtag ( ), Full Stop (.), Comma (,), Co-ordinates Degree (o).

 

FINISHES

 

Oxidisation – Blackened text options are available for most of our ‘Words To Live By’ pieces. Please select this using the Text Finish drop down box on the product page. Please be aware that is black finish will start to fade over time which will be sped up by exposure to perfume, lotions, chlorine, humidity and oils. We guarantee the finish for three months after this there is a top up option where you can send your piece back to be re finished for a small charge. Please go to the main menu for this option under ‘Top Up’.

 

Gold Plating – Plating will wear away over time as it is slowly rubbed away. This wear increases if the piece is exposed to cosmetics, lotions, water, heat and chemicals. We guarantee this finish for three months, after this there is a top up option where you can send your piece back to be re-plated for a small charge. Please go the main menu for this option under ‘Top Up’.

 

SIZING

 

Please ensure you have selected the correct size bangle or pendant length before ordering. If you change your mind we unfortunately do not do exchanges but you can order a separate length by going to the main menu under ‘Top Up’ where you will see Chain Only options. Please see here.

CUFFS

 

Please do not just pull open both side of your cuff as it will not take the pressure and will warp. If you need to open it slightly to slide it on to your wrist gently twist the ends sideways in opposite directions. Please see our ‘How To’ video here. We can not accept returns on any cuff purchases that have been

 

CARE

 

We hope you love your Robin & Grace piece and can treasure it for a long time to come. In order to do this there are a few things we recommend to keep it in good condition.

Avoid; perfumes, lotions, chemicals, chlorinated water, excess heat. We recommend you keep your piece in its original box to avoid wear and tear. All our pieces are highly polished. To keep your piece in this highly polished condition you can purchase a silver polishing cloth via our Top Up page here.

This piece is made to order and has a production time of 3 to 5 working days.
