Please do not just pull open both side of your cuff as it will not take the pressure and will warp. If you need to open it slightly to slide it on to your wrist gently twist the ends sideways in opposite directions. Please see our ‘How To’ video here. I can not accept returns on any cuff purchases that have been pulled to open.

CARE

I hope you love your Robin & Grace piece and can treasure it for a long time to come. In order to do this there are a few things I recommend to keep it in good condition.

Avoid; perfumes, lotions, chemicals, chlorinated water, excess heat. We recommend you keep your piece in its original box to avoid wear and tear. All my pieces are highly polished.
