PERSONALISATION
Please note that all my Connection pieces are personalised by hand using metal stamps and are not engraved by a machine. This adds to the individuality and uniqueness of each and every piece. The text is stamped free hand so is not meant to be in a perfect line like a machine would produce. The quirks of the stamping are part of the design and feel of the handcrafted piece.
Please double check you have entered the personalisation correctly as once the piece is in production it can not be altered. Check spelling and that the character limit of the piece you have chosen in the text size you have chosen is adhered to.
Your Connection piece will be stamped in your choice of text size (where applicable) or the size stated on that product page. The text is all uppercase in the font shown on the images.
As well as the lettering I can punctuate your Connection piece using an ampersand (&), Hashtag ( ), Full Stop (.), Comma (,), Co-ordinates Degree (o).
FINISHES
Oxidisation – Blackened text options are available for most of my Connection pieces. Please select this using the Text colouring drop down box on the product page. Please be aware that is black finish will start to fade over time which will be sped up by exposure to perfume, lotions, chlorine, humidity and oils. I guarantee the finish for three months after this there is a top up option where you can send your piece back to be re finished for a small charge. Please go to the main menu for this option under ‘Top Up’.
SIZING
Please ensure you have selected the correct size bangle or pendant length before ordering. If you change your mind I unfortunately do not do exchanges but you can order a separate length by going to the main menu under ‘Top Up’ where you will see Chain Only options.
CARE
I hope you love your Robin & Grace piece and can treasure it for a long time to come. In order to do this there are a few things I recommend to keep it in good condition.
Avoid; perfumes, lotions, chemicals, chlorinated water, excess heat. I recommend you keep your piece in its original box to avoid wear and tear. All our pieces are highly polished. To keep your piece in this highly polished condition you can purchase a silver polishing cloth via my Top Up page.
